necessary to provide hope and a future to millions living in poverty.
We differentiate ourselves by, among other things, our focus on
professional services. To ensure the implementation of our high service
standards, we set “CORCAH Guiding Principles”. One of our top priorities
is to continue our strong execution in the area of poverty alleviation.
We intend to continue to improve our services through programs that
emphasize proactive, interpersonal communication between stakeholders.

Cooperation for the Advancement of Haiti (CORCAH) has helped people take
control of their lives, and reach their goals.
We have an outstanding record of achievement. We have developed and
executed major projects. The leadership team of CORCAH has made the
fight against poverty a top priority, not only for humanitarian reasons,
but because poverty threatens the prosperity, stability, and development
of nations around the world.
The Committee of Relief and Cooperation for the Advancement of Haiti (CORCAH)
has been, and continues to be, at the forefront in the fight against
poverty. We are proud to foster partnerships. We are focusing our
efforts on achieving the Millennium Development Goals by working in
cooperation with national and international partners to improve
conditions for people around the world.
We are committed to a Quantitative Analysis approach that recognizes and
incorporates the efforts of partnership. We continue to forge critical
ties with regional, national and international organizations to help
deliver essential services in underserved communities where many live
without adequate access to water and sanitation, with limited access to
education and health care, and without the capital necessary to empower
themselves, and pull out of poverty.
Vision and approach:
Our approach is simple. We support people around the world in efforts to
gain access to opportunities. We provide the tool to help people
participate in the decision-making process. Through our effective
programs based on advanced technologies, we take pride in empowering
people to build a better future for themselves and their community.
By contributing knowledge, providing technical expertise, and leveraging
social capital, we have learned from experience that our participation
in development projects and programs has made a positive difference in
people’s lives. Indeed, CORCAH has brought innovative ideas and
solutions, as well as participatory approaches, to solving local
problems.
Our longstanding reputation is a testament to our ongoing commitment in
offering first-class service and quality products. Our professionalism,
expertise and exceptional stakeholder care is what set us apart from the
rest and makes the positive difference. Our achievement demonstrates the
benefits CORCAH continues to bring to the development efforts. Today,
CORCAH is a significant player in global development assistance.
We are striving to become an important channel for delivery of social
services and implementation of various development programs. We have
developed strategies by building common ground for understanding and
encouraging public-private cooperation.
Community involvement and participation:
By bringing innovative ideas and solutions, providing knowledge and
expertise, increasing capacity for effective service delivery, as well
as targeting assistance, we are proud to strengthen and leverage
development programs, promote economic development, and reduce poverty.
Our experts have demonstrated their ability in training project
personnel and providing technical assistance. We are ready to assist
with monitoring and evaluating core projects by participating in project
supervision missions. There is no doubt that CORCAH has the human
resources to complement and improve government action.
By sharing knowledge on operations, we share vision for supporting local
development. We use a variety of creative approaches to support
citizen-led development efforts and mobilize a variety of local as well
as external resources to sustain community dynamism. We increase the
understanding of community driven development and its role in poverty
reduction by empowering people. As a result, men and women effectively
organize to provide goods and services that meet their immediate
priorities. Our Quantitative Analysis approach is broadly based on
giving control of decisions and resources to community groups.
