Everyone is born with the potential to lead. It's a question of
whether they are given the opportunity to excel and succeed. The
greatest responsibility of world leaders is clear: We must
promote
high employment and sustainable economic
growth, raise standards of living, and
reduce poverty. Partnerships between governments, businesses and
civil society organizations (CSOs) are now one of the most effective
ways to achieve results.

Organizations are constantly searching for great leaders. Those special individuals who have a combination of ethical character, vision, business acumen, great sense of responsibility, accountability and governance, professional experience, care about their followers, cultural awareness, global perspective, and have the courage to lead effectively to make a positive difference. Vision is the art of seeing things invisible. Leadership is characterized by vision.
