Goals

Our utmost goal is to reduce Poverty through Economic Growth. We empower people to participate in the development process. By encouraging economic freedom and assisting stakeholders, we play a critical role in advancing the global agenda of development. We operate in Partnership by achieving shared development objectives.  We develop well- designed programs with clear objectives and benchmarks to measure progress.

The leadership team of CORCAH is building a global partnership for development. The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) set quantitative targets for poverty reduction and improvements in health, education, gender equality, environmental and other aspects of human welfare. With this in mind, we pay a particular attention to poverty analysis and reduction, employment generation and social integration. Our challenge is to offer opportunities and higher standards of living for all.

At CORCAH, there is a growing feeling of empowerment and hope. We truly consult with those we represent.  To reduce poverty, we build trust and community involvement. As people are more involved, engaged and empowered, so that they truly become masters of their own fates.

We are committed to the improvement of quality of lives of people by strengthening their abilities to build a better future for themselves. a) Foster relationships and achieve greater unity among Haitians around the world

b) Develop collaborative programs and strategies to promote equality and empower women.

c) Facilitate harmonious development through economic integration.

d) Encourage international cooperation and social development of Haiti.

e) Promote regional economic, cultural, and environmental cooperation.

f) Enhance regional stability through economic cooperation.

g) Promote regional cooperation in trade, transportation, communications, tourism, cultural and economic development.

h) Raise living standards and increase availability of agricultural products.

i) Promote the development of national standards with a view to facilitating international exchange of goods and services and to developing cooperation in the sphere of intellectual and economic activity

j)  Promote watershed management, strengthening regional institutional capacity.

k) Foster partnerships, facilitating cooperation within and among cities, regional agencies and organizations in marine resource management, water management, health, environmental protection, agriculture, and urban planning.

l)  Serve as a reliable network, supporting regional activities in watershed and marine coastal management and engaging business partners in the major growth sectors, such as tourism and marine transportation.

m) Develop and implement a Large Marine Ecosystem approach, ensuring the long-term productivity and sustainability of the living resources and the environment.
